is brilliant a tribute to a great airline is wonderful . Imaginr if
they had thier own sst american aircraaft i bet they would still be
around i am only 12 years old and would love to have flown on braniff
but now its only i n our past and memorys are only what we have left
! Braniff International a great airline!

what happened to N601BN - 747 Braniff Place- I read somewhere that Tower
Air bought it in 1982 after the 1st bankruptcy and it flew until early
1990s when it was scrapped for parts at JFK airport.

A Fantastic Site which brings back great memories. I used to fly on Braniff on most of my trips. It was the only airline my dad would fly to Latin America. I remember flying into Dallas, TX. when Braniff shut down (sad day). I could not believe all of those beautiful "Sun Birds" parked all over the tarmac. A sight I'll never forget. I hope this site never lets the world forget the loss of a Great Airline.
